The IAS-AC472 accreditation process reviews raw materials, design specifications, software, building code compliance, and quality control procedures. The process assures the structural integrity and quality of our Nucor metal building systems.

We have a Professional Land Surveyor on staff with over 37 years experience in conducting property research, boundary, topographic, subdivision and construction surveys producing plats and drawings in a wide range of geographic and project settings in Kentucky.  His experience facilitates efficient coordination of surveys for multiple projects. He has utilized a variety of equipment (GPS, total station, and level) and is proficient in the use of Soft desk, ACAD, Autodesk, and Land Development software for data reduction and drawing preparation.

JRC’s experienced professional technicians provide accurate, timely and cost effective services, which can include evaluating the economic viability of a project as well as providing recommendations for land use and site design.

In addition to development projects, JRC prepares PLATS and MAPS for various municipalities. Survey personnel are equipped with the latest modern instrumentation which ensures expedient and precise data.

There are three price programs. Each designed to work with all objectives of every JRC INC SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE, client.

SEASONAL CONTRACT
A seasonal contract provides a set cost for snow plowing and salting services performed during the winter season. This price option is tailored to the individual account requirements.

PER TIME CONTRACT
A per time contract provides a cost for all snow plowing, salting, and sidewalk services. The customer is billed only for work performed, and the amount of the invoice is determined by snow accumulation.

HOURLY RATE CONTRACT
Snow removal services performed utilizing time and material basis. Totals are determined using a set hourly rate for the various types of equipment utilized at the client’s location.
