Shepherdsville Kentucky is where you will find the Sanctuary of Mallard Lake.  This location is being developed for Fischer Homes and has over 100+ lots with more phases to come.  The scope of work being performed at this site includes, SWPPP (storm water pollution prevention plan) implementation, land clearing, mass earthwork ,storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic water, concrete curb, asphalt paving and final seed & straw.

Timber Creek is a residential subdivision being developed for Pulte Homes.  This location is located In Jefferson County and will feature over a 100 lots to build on. Work being performed at this location will include, SWPPP (storm water pollution prevention plan) implementation, mass earthwork, land clearing ,rock blasting/hammering, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic water, concrete curb, asphalt paving and final stabilization.

Tyler Crossing is a site being developed for Tucker Station Development.  This particular site is located in Louisville Kentucky and will have over 40 townhomes.  Scope of work being performed here will be, SWPPP (storm water pollution prevention plan) implementation, mass earthwork, land clearing ,storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic water, concrete curb, asphalt paving, offsite roadway improvements and offsite sanitary and storm. The job will conclude with final stabilization (seed & straw)

Hunting Green is a project located in Prospect, for Hunting Green LLC.  When completed the site will have 13 lots.  Worked being performed here will be mass earth excavation, final grade, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and curbs.  Due to bad soil conditions at the site, cement stabilizing was used on the road and lime was used to help dry the dirt.

Harmony At Louisville is a complete site development for HHS of Louisville & Goodwill Industries of Kentucky.  Once completed the site will feature an assisted living facility that will accommodate 122 residents.  The work being performed here will be mass earth excavation, final grade, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, boring, concrete curbs, and parking lot.  At this site, when boring under the road,  welded plastic pipe will be  used to avoid disrupting traffic in the area.

Wilkie Ridge Section 5 is a residential community being developed by  Hyview Esates Inc.  The job site is located in southwest Jefferson Co and will consist of 47 lots.  The work being performed here is sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, site grading, concrete curbs and road sub-grade.
