Hunting Green is a project located in Prospect, for Hunting Green LLC.  When completed the site will have 13 lots.  Worked being performed here will be mass earth excavation, final grade, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and curbs.  Due to bad soil conditions at the site, cement stabilizing was used on the road and lime was used to help dry the dirt.

Harmony At Louisville is a complete site development for HHS of Louisville & Goodwill Industries of Kentucky.  Once completed the site will feature an assisted living facility that will accommodate 122 residents.  The work being performed here will be mass earth excavation, final grade, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, boring, concrete curbs, and parking lot.  At this site, when boring under the road,  welded plastic pipe will be  used to avoid disrupting traffic in the area.

Wilkie Ridge Section 5 is a residential community being developed by  Hyview Esates Inc.  The job site is located in southwest Jefferson Co and will consist of 47 lots.  The work being performed here is sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, site grading, concrete curbs and road sub-grade.

The Dove Point Section 2 project is a Residential Development job that is currently under construction and consists of 25 lots in Eastern Jefferson County. The work being performed is mass earth excavation and final grade, blasting, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, erosion control, concrete curbs and roads. This site will also include an MSD water quality system.

The Lone Oak  project is a Residential Development  that is located off Smyrna Road in Jefferson County. The site has 50 lots and will include an MSD water quality system. The work being performed is earth excavation and final grade, blasting, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, erosion control, concrete curbs and roads.

Cherry Glen is a Residential Development located in La Grange, Kentucky. The site consists of multiple lots and is being done for Pulte Homes. The work being performed here will be mass earth excavation, final grade, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, blasting, boring, concrete curbs, and roads.  Off-site improvements include force main and water main.  Road way improvements will also be performed at this site. The location will also have a 1500 gallon pumping station.
