Discovery Point is a residential subdivision being developed for Grand Communities.  Located in Shelbyville, the location has 100 plus lots with more to come. Scope of work being performed is SWPPP (storm water pollution prevention plan), land clearing, mass earthwork, sanitary sewer and force main, sanitary pump station, storm drainage, domestic water, concrete curb, asphalt paving, and final stabilization (seed & straw)
