VILLAGES OF HERITAGE CREEK SECTIONS 1-4

Located in south central Jefferson County, is the Villages of Heritage Creek. Being developed for Grand Communities, the residential subdivision features 100 plus building lots.   Scope of work being performed is SWPPP (storm water pollution prevention plan), land clearing, mass earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, domestic water, concrete curb, asphalt paving, offsite road improvements and final stabilization (seed & straw).
